In a perfect world, we would all be our “ideal” body weight. But as we know, this world certainly isn’t perfect.

A couple of things to remember as you’re looking to lose body weight:

  • “Strong” is waaaaay better than “skinny” (this is my opinion of course)
  • Your weight does not determine your worth
  • There are a LOT of different ways to lose body weight. What works for one may not work for another and vice versa. Look for safe methods that won’t leave you feeling awful — feeling awful is no fun and is likely going to put you on the fast track to derailing.
